- Install ArsLex Associate.
- Open the add-in in Word and sign in (if required).
- Upload your case documents and begin drafting.
Common questions
What file formats are supported?
Associate supports loading of OCR-readable, searchable PDF and DOCX files. Please convert documents you wish Associate to process to PDF or DOCX before proceeding.
My add-in says “Not connected.”
Confirm your network can reach the ArsLex server and that your firm proxy allows HTTPS to arslex.ai.
How long do you keep my data?
Until you delete it. Nothing is on a deletion timer unless you turn one on — auto-delete is an optional setting in the admin console, with windows from 1 to 365 days. See how we handle your data for the full detail.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a document, project, or matter from within the add-in — it is removed immediately and permanently. To delete an entire account, contact legal@arslex.ai. Deleted data leaves our encrypted backups within 30 days. See our privacy policy, Section 5, for full details.
